Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Sales Strategy: Develop, execute, and monitor effective sales plans for assigned areas to support Nice one’s growth and revenue goals.
  • Team Supervision & Development: Lead, coach, and motivate sales team members to deliver consistently high performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Conduct local market research to stay informed on emerging trends.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and logistics teams.
  • Reporting & Communication: Deliver regular updates and insights to sales leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in retail sales or area supervision.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising or developing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within assigned area.
