About the Role

DELHAM is seeking a SAP Business One Specialist & IT Support professional to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing and optimizing the SAP Business One system to ensure seamless business operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both technical system administration and providing essential IT support to end-users.

This position requires a proactive individual capable of analyzing business needs, translating them into functional SAP solutions, and maintaining data integrity. The role also involves broader IT responsibilities to ensure the stability and efficiency of the technological infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize core SAP Business One modules, including Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory, with a focus on document cycles, approval workflows, and operational processes.
• Develop and customize user layouts using PLD and Crystal Reports to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Write efficient SQL queries using Query Manager/Generator and manage data migrations and updates with the Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).
• Support SAP Business One API integrations with external platforms such as e-commerce sites and Sales Force Automation tools.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and training for SAP Business One end-users.
• Manage daily end-user technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers, performing basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Assist with fundamental network concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as basic Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Ensure the strict maintenance of backup and recovery processes and adhere to IT security best practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors for infrastructure setup, hardware procurement, and system implementations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with SAP Business One.
• Previous experience working within trading, distribution, or multi-branch environments is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking skills to identify and resolve system issues and business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, train end-users effectively, and perform well under pressure.
