Squadio is seeking a Saudi Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to expanding our reach to potential clients and partners through digital channels. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that support business growth and build brand presence.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will translate marketing ideas into engaging captions, campaigns, and copy designed for conversion and content ranking. This position involves building relationships that foster partnerships, collaborations, and new client opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is adept at contributing to brand development from its foundational stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and write compelling, on-brand copy for social media captions, ad creatives, email campaigns, landing pages, and blog posts.
  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Grow and engage the social media community, staying informed on trends, formats, and platform best practices.
  • Identify and engage potential clients and partners via social media, email outreach, and online community networking.
  • Support business development by cultivating relationships that lead to partnerships, collaborations, or new client opportunities.
  • Write and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and lifecycle/drip sequences.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices to website copy, blog content, and landing pages.
  • Monitor SEO performance, including rankings, organic traffic, and backlinks, and recommend content or technical improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers or create content independently to produce engaging posts and short-form videos.
  • Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, and organic traffic, adjusting strategy based on data.
  • Stay current on social media algorithm changes, search engine updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with founders and leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with SEO tools.
  • Experience with email marketing tools.
  • Previous experience working at a startup or in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across various platforms and formats.
  • Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building through digital channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity with analytics tools (*, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Creative eye and understanding of content performance dynamics on each platform.
