About the Security Guard Role

* Renal Care Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining a secure environment, safeguarding company assets, employees, patients, and guests. The role involves vigilant monitoring of security activities, strict adherence to safety protocols, and active participation in emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

• Guard company entrances and exits, verifying the identities of employees, contractors, and visitors to prevent unauthorized access.
• Manage visitor entries through assigned gates and report any individuals found on premises without legitimate reason.
• Monitor security activities to protect * Renal Care assets, employees, patients, guests, and other facility properties within the assigned area.
• Report any unusual situations not covered by standard security procedures to the direct supervisor, exercising good judgment when immediate action is required.
• Prepare incident reports and other security-related documentation for investigations.
• Ensure all duties are performed in line with relevant company policies and regulations.

Emergency Response and Safety

• Participate in security and firefighting drills according to assigned emergency response roles, and attend critique meetings.
• Comply with all safety procedures and maintain personal safety while on duty, seeking assistance when needed.
• Contact relevant authorities for any emergencies, irregularities, or illegal acts occurring within the assigned area.
• Operate and drive the ambulance as needed, ensuring prompt transport of patients or medical personnel during emergencies or as directed by the Nursing Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or Associate Degree/Diploma.
• Experience: One (1) year of experience in a security guard role.
• Prior experience in a dialysis or hospital setting is preferred.

Essential Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Knowledge of operating vehicles with manual gear.
