About the Security Managed Services Analyst Role

Accenture is seeking a Security Managed Services Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves the administration and operation of network security devices, alongside driving continuous improvement initiatives and designing robust security solutions across diverse environments.

Role Overview and Impact

The Security Managed Services Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the security posture of various systems. This includes ensuring the optimal performance and security of existing solutions while actively identifying and implementing improvements to maximize their value and address potential vulnerabilities. The role also involves applying problem-solving skills to quickly uncover and fix network and security flaws, and leading a team of network security engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and operate network security devices.
• Maintain expert knowledge of current security technologies.
• Lead the delivery of process and system improvements within security operations.
• Drive the implementation of continuous improvement plans to enhance security and efficiency.
• Ensure best practices are consistently shared and applied across the team.
• Continuously identify, enhance, and improve un-utilized features in current security solutions to maximize value.
• Design and architect security solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Apply problem-solving skills to quickly uncover and remediate network and security flaws.
• Ensure all security solutions are regularly patched and kept up to date.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement to maintain high standards of security and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of network security engineers.

Required Experience and Technical Expertise

Candidates should possess at least 4-6+ years of security experience across a range of technologies and fields, including:

• Next Generation Firewall experience (*, Fortinet, Palo Alto FW, Sophos).
• F5 (including ASM LTM).
• FireEye EX/NX.
• Proofpoint.
• Aruba ClearPass.
• Forcepoint Proxy.
• Infoblox DNS Security.
• Pulse Secure VPN.
• Cloud Flare.
• Intrusion protection/detection systems.
• Web Application Firewall.
• Load Balancer (*, F5 LTM).
• Cisco ISE NAC.
• NDR.
• Sandbox.
• AlgoSec proxy solution and email gateway.
• Packet capture and analysis methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates holding industry certifications such as CISSP, CCIE-Sec, or F5.
