About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Security Managed Services Senior Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is a key part of the Accenture Security practice, which focuses on advanced security solutions including risk strategy, digital identity, cyber defense, application security, and managed services. The role involves utilizing technology to address cyber threats and enhance client resilience.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with clients to understand and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This includes developing policies, processes, and frameworks for Identity and Access Management (IAM), covering identity lifecycle management, access requests, and permission auditing. You will conduct assessments of existing IAM processes and systems, develop IAM strategies and architectures, and define both technical and business requirements for IAM solutions. Advising on the implementation of new IAM features, establishing links between IAM teams and business stakeholders, and managing the efficient deployment of IAM platform features are also key responsibilities. The role involves configuring and customizing IGA and Access Management platforms, developing access control policies, and providing guidance on IAM best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors, as well as preparing management reports, are integral to the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Develop policies, processes, and frameworks related to Identity and Access Management (IAM), including identity lifecycle management, access requests, and permission auditing.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with clients to develop robust Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Define both technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
• Advise on the implementation of new IAM features tailored to specific client environments.
• Establish and maintain strong links between the IAM team and business stakeholders, capturing evolving requirements and communicating the IAM program roadmap.
• Focus on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
• Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with clients' business processes and security policies.
• Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access across systems and applications.
• Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate IGA solutions into clients' environments.
• Provide training and support to clients' teams to facilitate the adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
• Interact with vendors and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform.
• Prepare updates and reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT services and information security.
• At least 4 years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management systems such as SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, and Novell.
• Proficiency with directory services including LDAP and Active Directory (AD).
• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Role Engineering.
• Experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Office 365.
• Prior consulting experience is highly desirable.
• Certifications in SailPoint Identity Associate, Beyond Trust PAM/EPM and PRA Remote, and OCJP/SCJP are preferred.
• Experience in SSB/SSD and Code Repository Management is preferred.
