Role Purpose
The Security Supervisor is an integral part of the facilities management team and supports the security manager in overseeing the operational performance of the service provider within the residential compound to provide a safe and secure environment. The role undertakes all aspects of security services, is customer facing and leads by example by delivering exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Implement policies, procedures, and work instructions within security operations in accordance with certification targets such as ISO 18788 and 14001.
  • Monitor service provider's processes and highlight any deviations as part of the daily log.
  • Ensure workforce deployment is in line with the service agreement and patrolling is captured through the guard tour system.
  • Monitor guards to ensure they are properly equipped and trained for emergency procedures.
  • Review access control systems and oversee key control programs to ensure safety and security of assets and personnel.
  • Prepare parking violation notices and supervise the management of deliveries to the compound.
  • Communicate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as required.
  • Maintain security systems and records and respond to incidents effectively.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum holder of bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Professional Certificates such as CISSP, CISM, CPP, or similar.
  • International first aid, CPR, and AED certificate.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
