Role Purpose
To sell Mahindra pickups and follow up with current and future customers to fulfill their requirement with high professionalism.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

• Extend the customer portfolio by Identifying new customers and new sales opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business objectives.
• Follow-up the customers on a regular basis.
• Build, develop and maintain the customer’s satisfaction through the visits and telephone calls.
• Cooperate with After-sales Division to achieve the customer’s satisfaction.
• Increase the market share in the assigned region.
• Monitoring the market and competitor’s activities.
• Reports sales activities timely to the direct manager.

Education & Certifications
Bachelor degree or relevant experience in sales.

Required Years Of Experience
4 – 5 years’ sales experience.

Job Summary:
Driving sales and promoting the company's trucks to potential customers and responsible for achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

• Establish and maintain good customer relations.
• Ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition prior to delivery.
• Make daily call reports giving full details of calls made, including market information and prospective sales leads.
• Maintain up-to-date records of each customer and activity, along with Truck population list.
• Achieve target sales volume and turnover.
• Assist any campaign/launch run by the Company to promote the product.
• Dispose of trade-in vehicles at market prices in line with Company policy.

Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude:

• Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Business Management.
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of the local market and product technical specifications.
• Technical Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Language Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in Sales in Trucks or construction equipment industry.
