About the Role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Analyst - Procurement to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on driving implementation projects and delivering client value through specialized expertise and knowledge assets.

Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst in Procurement, you will apply your consulting experience to lead implementation projects and provide tangible value to clients. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel and PowerPoint. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business strategies into actionable solutions, working on long-tail projects focused on implementation and leveraging institutionalized knowledge assets like products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, and domain-specific expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive key modules within implementation projects, ensuring execution aligns with established goals.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, integrating business transformation principles into practical scenarios.
  • Contribute to the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models.
  • Communicate effectively and credibly with case teams and client team members.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of project components, focusing on practical efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Streamline and enhance organizational processes and skill development to improve efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Contribute to codifying know-how and assets derived from case and proposal work.
  • Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise.
  • Travel to client sites is expected to understand requirements and develop solutions.

Work Environment and Collaboration
