The Role: Senior Associate Accommodation & Transportation

Americana Restaurants is seeking a Saudi national to join its People Experience team as a Senior Associate Accommodation & Transportation. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves managing essential accommodation and transportation services for the company's teams across the Kingdom. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with accommodation landlords and handle lease contracts end-to-end on the Ejar platform, including registration, renewal, amendments, and termination.
• Maintain a comprehensive contracts tracker covering expiry dates, rent values, and payment schedules, ensuring timely renewals.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, cleaning, and purchases, and oversee work orders to completion.
• Conduct periodic site visits to verify living standards, occupancy, and asset conditions, ensuring compliance with municipal and Civil Defence requirements for worker housing.
• Oversee daily staff transportation across cities, focusing on reliability, coverage, and route optimization to reduce costs and travel times.
• Monitor vendor performance, including on-time service, breakdowns, driver conduct, and complaint trends.
• Verify that contractors, vehicles, and drivers hold valid Transport General Authority licenses throughout the contract term.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase requests and orders, and reconcile vendor invoices with the Finance department.
• Log, route, and resolve staff complaints within established timelines.
• Prepare monthly reports on performance, cost, and complaint trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accommodation, transportation, facilities, or employee services operations, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom for site visits.
• Working knowledge of the Ejar platform and relevant municipal, Civil Defence, and Transport General Authority requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for trackers, reports, and cost analysis.
