About the Senior Cyber Security Consultant Role

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Consultant with Industrial IT Solutions expertise for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is specifically for Saudi Nationals and requires 5-10 years of experience. The consultant will be responsible for leading and delivering on-site cyber security services for industrial Process Control Networks within various key industries, including Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, and Power Generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects, ensuring delivery according to design, on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a technical mentor and team lead to foster cyber security technical expertise and business acumen.
• Act as the primary customer interface to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs.
• Maintain technical competency with Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) security and networking products, alongside expert knowledge in designated security/network disciplines.
• Uphold cyber security certifications and maintain knowledge of current industry security standards such as IEC-62443 and ISO27000.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers through accurate and efficient technical support.
• Support Sales and Business Development by identifying potential Honeywell cybersecurity solutions, including customer presentations and proposal development.
• Respond to customer inquiries by diagnosing problems and providing timely, appropriate technical solutions.
• Act as a technical Point of Contact for ongoing support of critical customers requiring relationship management.
• Contribute to regional operations strategy based on subject matter expertise and customer knowledge.
• Maintain industrial safety awareness through relevant safety certifications.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field (*, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronics) or a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation network systems engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Security.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Industrial Networking.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience within Industrial Process Control.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading Security Projects.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience performing audits and assessments.
• Proficiency in Cyber Security Risk Analysis.
• Experience with Process Control system design and implementation.
• Experience with Industrial Control Systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network, application, or system integration issues.
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or a similar security certification.
• CISCO Certified Network/Design/Security Professional (at least one), requiring current certification or active pursuit.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows Security Basics.

Work Environment and Travel

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires approximately 30–65% travel.
