About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer specializing in ICT/ELV systems to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for significant commercial and industrial projects. With over 10 years of experience required, this role is crucial for delivering complex infrastructure challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive ICT and ELV systems, including network infrastructure, building management systems, CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Create detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation utilizing AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of ICT/ELV systems.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify project requirements and constraints.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of ICT/ELV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within existing systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends in ICT and ELV systems.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes and relevant international standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in ICT/ELV engineering, with a preference for experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing network infrastructure, building management systems, CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations pertaining to ICT/ELV systems.
• Familiarity with international standards such as ISO, IEC, and ANSI.
• Expertise in using AutoCAD or similar design software for technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, RCDD, or PMP are preferred.
