About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Saudi National to join their site-based construction supervision team as a Senior Health & Safety Inspector. This position is critical to a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes parks, open spaces, and extensive streetscape improvements. The project aims to create a vibrant and inclusive environment that enhances community well-being.

In this role, you will administer and audit Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements. Your work will involve identifying and mitigating risks, promoting a safe working environment, and contributing to the successful delivery of this significant development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project or program manager with the administration of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs.
• Conduct audits of the project and its worksites to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Inspect worksites to identify potential hazards and provide expert guidance to project personnel for the elimination or control of associated HSE risks.
• Create and submit comprehensive written audit and inspection reports.
• Monitor project or program work planning and performance, verifying adherence to Parsons' Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system.
• Implement Parsons' established processes for occupational injury and incident reporting and management.
• Perform trend analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports, and create and submit regular analysis reports.
• Assist the project or program manager with new hire orientation sessions.
• Deliver regulatory and best practice HSE training to project personnel.
• Create and maintain accurate HSE training records.
• Participate in routine safe work briefings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
• Possession of a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification or completion of 30-Hours OSHA construction training/license.
