About the Role

Riyadh Cement Company is seeking a Senior IT Applications Specialist – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to join its IT team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the company's SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. The specialist will operate within an end-user organization, focusing on business support, user engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and application support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business users regarding application-related issues and enhancements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents, service requests, and process-related issues.
• Coordinate with SAP AMS vendors and external service providers to ensure timely resolution of tickets and change requests.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, system enhancements, testing, and release activities.
• Support SAP bi-annual cloud releases, regression testing, and user communication.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Deliver user training sessions and support adoption of new business processes and functionalities.
• Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements.
• Support integrations with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and change management processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant IT applications role. Key requirements include:

• Experience working directly for an end-user/customer organization is mandatory.
• Proven experience in business application support and end-user engagement.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and application lifecycle support.
• Experience working with AMS providers and managing support tickets and change requests.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, cement, or process industries.
• Experience in user training, testing, and business process optimization.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the IT department of Riyadh Cement Company.
