About the Role

Mirai Arabian International Company Limited is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to manage and enhance its IT operations and endpoint management environment. This full-time position requires a proactive individual capable of taking ownership of systems and driving improvements in a fast-paced setting. The role is instrumental in scaling device management, collaboration tools, and core IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Google Workspace, including user lifecycle, security settings, and organizational policies.
  • Manage and optimize Slack administration, covering workspace configuration, integrations, permissions, and user management.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot network-related issues, demonstrating an intermediate understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Implement, manage, and maintain an endpoint management or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solution (*, Ninja, Jamf, or similar).
  • Oversee patch management, operating system updates, and software deployments across company devices.
  • Lead or support the development and implementation of a scalable endpoint management strategy for laptops and other endpoints.
  • Ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and aligned with IT best practices.
  • Provide escalation-level support and guidance for complex IT issues.
  • Document processes, configurations, and standards to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in a growing or dynamic environment.
  • Strong experience administering Google Workspace.
  • Strong experience administering Slack.
  • Working or intermediate knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  • Proven experience rolling out or managing an RMM or endpoint management solution (*, Ninja, Jamf, Intune, or similar).
  • Experience managing patching, updates, and device compliance across multiple machines.
  • Prior experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly preferred.

Additional Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with security best practices for endpoint and identity management.
  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams.
