About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager - Application D&D Excellence to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the guest experience through the design, implementation, and management of experience systems and solutions.

Role Context

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the guest experience across Qiddiya's diverse offerings. The position requires a strategic approach combined with hands-on execution to ensure innovative solutions meet guest needs and contribute to the overall success of Qiddiya’s transformative project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of experience systems to improve guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions that streamline the customer journey.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify guest trends, preferences, and feedback for system optimization.
• Oversee the implementation of customer feedback mechanisms and ensure insights are acted upon.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on leveraging experience systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of experience systems, recommending improvements.
• Act as a liaison between IT, operations, and customer service teams for guest experience alignment.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in experience management, customer experience, or related roles within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Proficient understanding of experience management systems, CRM tools, and customer journey mapping.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making.
