About the Role

D360 Bank is seeking a Senior Manager Network & Security Engineering to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network security controls. The Senior Manager will be responsible for protecting the bank's network and data from cyber threats by designing, implementing, and managing robust security measures. Key responsibilities include assessing potential vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and ensuring strict compliance with security policies and regulations to maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the architecture, design, and standards for Network Security controls, including Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and Cloud Security Access Broker (CASB).
• Manage the provisioning and de-provisioning of network access to applications, infrastructure, and operating systems in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead and participate in activities related to the implementation of network security controls.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis, collaborating with other teams, vendors, or users to diagnose and resolve network security issues.
• Act as a member of the Security Incident Response Team, actively participating in the identification, investigation, and resolution of security incidents.
• Oversee daily operations and management of CASB, firewalls, and WAF to ensure robust network security.
• Develop and enforce network and cybersecurity standards, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of network performance and security events, driving proactive incident detection and response.
• Collaborate with IT, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and security requirements.
• Lead the evaluation, configuration, and optimization of network and security tools and platforms.
• Oversee capacity planning, scalability, and high availability of network services.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager related to the nature of the work.
• Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence, and vigilance within departmental/unit activities and operations.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in network and security engineering. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the proven ability to meet deadlines, adhere to written policies, standards, and procedures, and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
