About the Role

Maaden is seeking a Senior Specialist FLP Operations to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to designing and managing Maaden's internship programs, which are crucial for building a robust national and future talent pipeline.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to design, manage, and continuously enhance Maaden's internship programs. This involves building a strong national and future talent pipeline, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring alignment with workforce planning, Saudization objectives, and long-term business needs. The Senior Specialist will ensure that internships deliver meaningful development outcomes for participants while creating measurable value for Maaden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Maaden's internship strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth plans and future skill requirements.
  • Translate workforce planning insights into targeted internship pipelines to support Saudization and national talent development objectives.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive internship policies, governance frameworks, and operating models.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, institutional requirements, and internal HR policies related to internships.
  • Standardize intern onboarding, learning plans, supervision, and evaluation processes across the organization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all internship and early-career programs, providing guidance and support.
  • Guide and support internship coordinators and business supervisors to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as intake, completion rates, conversion to employment, performance outcomes, and satisfaction scores.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to HR leadership based on program performance and trends.
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and strategic workforce reports related to talent development programs.
