About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Operational Readiness to join our team. This role is integral to the operational preparation of world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural projects. The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure all operational aspects are aligned for the successful launch and sustained operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Specialist - Operational Readiness will be involved in a range of activities to support operational preparedness. This includes:
- Supporting the development and execution of operational readiness plans throughout various project phases.
- Conducting operational assessments to evaluate preparedness and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and readiness.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of training and communication materials for operational teams.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and providing reports as required.
- Identifying process gaps and contributing to the development of solutions to enhance operational workflows.
- Participating in meetings and workshops to track progress and share updates on readiness status.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or operations support.
Required Skills and Competencies
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong set of skills, including:
- Good analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and recommend improvements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools.
- The ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or related industries is considered advantageous.
