About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Procurement Compliance Audit to join its team in Riyadh Province. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities align with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. The position involves conducting detailed audits, identifying compliance risks, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions to enhance procurement controls and promote transparency and accountability.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist will be instrumental in maintaining procurement integrity through various key functions:

  • Conducting comprehensive audits of procurement activities to verify adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Identifying gaps and risks within procurement processes and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement remediation plans.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication of audit findings to relevant teams.
  • Performing risk assessments related to procurement operations and recommending mitigating controls.
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance trends and emerging risks within procurement activities.
  • Assisting in the update of procurement compliance policies and procedures to reflect evolving regulations.
  • Supporting the delivery of training sessions to staff to improve awareness of procurement compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with procurement, finance, and audit functions to achieve compliance objectives.
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit activities and address queries.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or a closely related field, preferably within large-scale projects or organizations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CIA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian regulatory framework and business environment is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province.
