About the Role

Rowad Modern Engineering is seeking a Senior Tender Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for managing and preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for various projects. The role requires a proactive individual to analyze tender documents, coordinate with internal departments, and contribute to the successful submission of bids, ensuring accuracy in cost estimation and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare technical and commercial bids that align with client needs and company strategy.
• Accurately estimate all project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment, to ensure profitability.
• Ensure all submitted bids comply with client specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Analyze project requirements and client needs to support informed decision-making on tender pursuits.
• Act as a central point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and managing negotiations with clients during the bid evaluation process.
• Oversee the entire tendering process, from initial bid request to final contract handover, ensuring efficiency and organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering.
• Proven local tendering experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant industry standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.

Work Environment and Experience
