ServiceNow Architect

About the Role

Raqmea is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on shaping platform architecture, governance, and enterprise-wide standards. The ServiceNow Architect will work with business and technology leaders to advance platform maturity, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with the organization's long-term technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce platform architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews to ensure platform consistency and optimization.
• Manage technical debt and support continuous platform improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the ServiceNow Impact Architect, providing strategic guidance on platform maturity, adoption, and value realization.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and the overall enterprise platform strategy.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow. Specific qualifications that will distinguish applicants include:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Impact or platform health assessments.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and integration architecture.
• Experience working with enterprise or government clients in KSA or the wider GCC region.
