About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Cloud Migration Lead for a full-time position. This role is responsible for the end-to-end migration of a ServiceNow instance from an on-premise environment to ServiceNow on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive migration planning, including discovery, architecture design, cutover execution, and post-migration validation.
• Conduct thorough assessments of the current on-premise ServiceNow instance, evaluating its version, customizations, integrations, and data volume.
• Design and implement the migration strategy, which may include clone-based lifts, upgrade alignment, or phased rollout approaches.
• Manage ServiceNow cloning processes, MID Server reconfiguration, and GCP connectivity setup.
• Audit and remediate custom scripts, flows, and integrations prior to migration.
• Coordinate with client infrastructure and security teams to manage network, Single Sign-On (SSO), and firewall changes.
• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), execute regression testing, and manage hypercare activities post-go-live.
• Develop and maintain migration runbooks, risk registers, and detailed cutover plans.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience with at least one completed cloud migration project (on-premise to cloud).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including MID Servers, instance cloning, and upgrade paths.
• Hands-on experience with GCP networking concepts such as Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Cloud Interconnect, and Domain Name System (DNS).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with various integration methods, including REST, SOAP, LDAP, and SSO/SAML.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's Personal Developer Instance (PDI), instance hierarchy, and clone exclusion rules.

Preferred Skills

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow Health Scan and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Prior experience working within enterprise environments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
