We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support partner nation operations in this critical role. As a Shipping Specialist, you will provide expert knowledge and skills to ensure secure shipment, receipt, and tracking of communications and cryptographic equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate packaging, labeling, and transportation of FMS return-and-repair equipment in compliance with DoD regulations.
  • Prepare necessary shipping documents including customs declarations and invoices.
  • Track shipments and provide real-time status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage the * /FMS COMSEC account and ensure proper handling of classified material.
  • Perform audits and maintain detailed shipping records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years’ experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of DoD shipping regulations and ITAR.
  • Strong documentation and accountability skills.
  • Active Secret Clearance is required.
  • Graduate of formal COMSEC training.
Work Environment:The position involves handling classified materials and may require physical activity such as lifting and climbing.

Role Purpose:

  • Receive incoming purchases for the company (equipment, uniforms, cleaning tools, stationery, and supplies) and inform the related department.
  • Request needed supplies from the housing department.
  • Follow up on daily assigned duties.
  • Carry out accurate stock checks on finished goods each day.

Role Requirements:
  • Working day or night shift, 812 hours per shift.
  • Physically strenuous activities.

  • Clear written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the soft drink industry.
