استودع تك is seeking a Showroom Manager – Medical Supplies & Cosmetics to oversee daily operations and drive sales at our showroom in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, focusing on efficient showroom management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations to achieve established sales targets.
• Handle purchasing processes and maintain effective supplier relations.
• Control inventory, including conducting counts, managing replenishment, and reducing slow-moving or expired stock.
• Deliver excellent customer service and efficiently resolve customer complaints.
• Plan and execute promotions and visual merchandising strategies.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the showroom team.
• Monitor expenses and prepare comprehensive performance reports.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and inventory.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in showroom management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales operations and achieve targets.
• Experience in inventory control and supplier management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500 per month.
