The Role of Solution Consultant (IoT & Connectivity)

CMI is seeking a Solution Consultant (IoT & Connectivity) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on supporting sales and technical solution design for IoT, M2M, Connected Vehicle, and various connectivity services. The position involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure solution feasibility and delivery readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales teams in understanding customer requirements and designing end-to-end solutions for IoT, Machine to Machine (M2M), Connected Vehicle, connectivity, and ICT services.
• Lead technical discussions, customer presentations, workshops, and provide support for RFI/RFP processes and tenders, including solution design and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.
• Support connectivity solution activities, including DIA, IEPL, IPLC, MPLS/L2VPN, and Internet services, coordinating with local Saudi operators for technical feasibility, quotations, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with Hong Kong Headquarters’ departments (*, Product, Network) to secure technical support, resources, and solution feasibility.
• Collaborate with local operators, partners, and suppliers on solution feasibility, pricing, and delivery readiness.
• Support the smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery and provide technical coordination for implementation and after-sales activities.
• Contribute to the development of local technical capabilities and identify new IoT, connectivity, and ICT solution opportunities.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in solution consulting, particularly within IoT and connectivity domains. A strong understanding of network technologies and ICT services is essential for success in this position.

Compensation and Benefits
