About the Role

علم is seeking a Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed to support technology governance, performance, compliance, and operational excellence activities within the organization. The Specialist will contribute to maintaining consistent governance practices and providing accurate reporting to aid technology planning and decision-making.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this position is to monitor technology KPIs, coordinate governance and compliance requirements, support planning and budgeting activities, and maintain visibility over technology assets, licenses, vendors, and related investments. The Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation and compliance of technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of technology governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Coordinate governance requirements across various technology functions.
• Support the consistent implementation of approved governance practices.
• Maintain comprehensive governance records and follow up on required actions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor and track technology performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against defined targets.
• Consolidate performance information from various sources.
• Identify variances in performance that require follow-up actions.
• Support the preparation of periodic operational and executive performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
