About the Role

Visa, a global leader in payments technology, is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk and Security Intelligence Solutions (RAS) Specialist Seller. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, focuses on driving sales of RAS solutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman (KBO) markets. The role is part of the Value-Added Services Sales function and requires collaboration with various internal teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Role Context and Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, RAS Specialist Seller will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for Fraud & Risk (RaS) solutions, with a focus on high-value issuer use cases such as authorization fraud, scam prevention, transaction monitoring, and identity risk. This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle from discovery to closure, emphasizing value articulation and return on investment for clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and refining a qualified pipeline for RaS solutions, targeting issuer needs.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets for RaS Value-Added Services (VAS) in the KBO region.
  • Leading client discovery sessions to identify and address fraud challenges.
  • Translating client pain points into tailored solution architectures using Visa's Risk & Identity capabilities.
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders within issuer organizations, including C-level executives.
  • Demonstrating expertise in Fraud and Risk platforms for cards and payments, and a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including emerging trends and regulatory changes.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely updates of sales activities in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Partnering with Generalist Sales teams to develop proposals and sales materials.
  • Collaborating with Product, Client Services, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure optimal client experience.
  • Providing input for sales collateral, marketing, and promotional activities to increase awareness of VAS objectives.

Key Accountabilities and Collaboration

This role is accountable for driving and achieving sales targets for RaS VAS Solutions, potentially expanding to other Issuer Value Added Services. This will be achieved through collaboration with Account Executives to acquire new customers and upsell existing clients. The position requires a strong understanding of client challenges and the application of Visa technology to provide solutions. Key accountabilities include:

  • Acquiring new clients and retaining/growing existing client relationships in partnership with market product teams.
  • Championing Visa's value-based sales methodology and ensuring client outcomes and revenue realization.
  • Partnering with Product and Sales Engineering teams to prepare comprehensive sales materials.
  • Engaging with internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Product Development, Sales Engineering, Client Support, and Product Marketing, to relay market feedback and influence new solution design.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and quantifying market-specific opportunities in close cooperation with local relationship management and product teams.

Experience and Expertise

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. A deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, particularly issuer needs, emerging trends, real-time payments, and regulatory changes, is essential. Expertise in Fraud and Risk platforms for Cards and Payments is required. The role necessitates the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, articulate complex solutions, and drive sales through a consultative approach.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Riyadh. The specific expectations for days in the office will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager. The role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams including Generalist Sellers, Sales Operations, Product, Sales Engineering, Strategy, Client Services, GTM, and Marketing.
