About the Role

alfanar is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on creating high-quality, creative design concepts and finished graphics for product advertising and promotional needs, delivering materials through both printed kits and digital media. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and execute high-quality, creative design concepts and finished graphics. These designs will support product advertising and promotional activities, ensuring the delivery of effective materials for products, marketing, and sales across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate brand and product identity through creative layouts, composition, styling, and color for print and digital media.
• Develop graphics and marketing content specifically for product branding and advertising initiatives.
• Archive product visuals, correct colors, and maintain the visual database for business needs.
• Stay current with subject knowledge through continuous research and study.
• Lead the graphic design team, ensuring all deliverables align with EXA brand aesthetics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on client-focused packaging ideas.
• Train, coach, direct, and delegate assignments to subordinates, ensuring fair distribution of work.
• Design cost-effective, attractive, and safe packaging solutions for commercial products.
• Create marketing and sales collateral from initial concept through to final output.
• Monitor design schedules, report progress, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Meet delivery targets, utilize resources efficiently, report variances, and resolve or escalate operational issues.
• Coordinate written systems and procedures, and identify opportunities for automation within design processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, creative design concepts.
• Proficiency in delivering materials for print and digital media.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The Sr. Graphic Designer will lead a team and collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing departments.
