About the Role

Innovative Frequency Company is seeking a Sr. Microsoft Infrastructure & Cloud Administrator for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves the implementation, support, administration, and optimization of enterprise Microsoft environments, encompassing both on-premises and cloud platforms.

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, security hardening, and performance optimization of critical Microsoft infrastructure. This includes supporting digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the smooth functioning of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Microsoft 365, DevOps, Virtualization, and Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Implementing, supporting, and administering enterprise Microsoft environments.
• Managing and optimizing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Administering Azure, Microsoft 365, and related cloud services.
• Ensuring the security and compliance of Microsoft infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshooting complex infrastructure and cloud issues with a structured approach.
• Contributing to digital transformation efforts across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Performing security hardening and performance optimization tasks.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and cloud administration.
• Hands-on experience in cloud administration, preferably Microsoft Azure, including provisioning, monitoring, optimization, and cost management.
• Proficiency in DevOps & Automation, Security & Compliance, and Incident & Service Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune Administration and Microsoft Exchange & Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of network security principles, firewalls, access control, and identity management.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting, such as PowerShell.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator, or similar are considered an advantage.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. The role requires supporting critical systems and may involve participation in off-hours or on-call rotations as needed.
