About the Role

Cipher is seeking a Sr. Risk & BCM Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading and managing critical risk and business continuity initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity and Business Continuity Management (BCM) projects, ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations.
• Manage enterprise BCM programs, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
• Coordinate disaster recovery exercises and testing activities to validate plans.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Track project risks, issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22301 and other relevant industry standards.
• Manage vendors and external partners involved in projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of BCM and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks.
• Experience with SAMA CSF implementation is required.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ISO 22301, or CISM are preferred.
