We are looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to monitor and maintain our inventory levels while ensuring efficient operations in our supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and process purchasing orders as needed.
  • Track orders, investigate problems, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Record purchases and maintain a database; perform physical counts and reconcile stock counts with computer-generated reports.
  • Receive, store, order, and issue supplies and equipment efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality standards for audits and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Manage supplier relations and support operational requirements effectively.
  • Identify goods or services needed and oversee the procurement process.
  • Complete daily logs into inventory accurately and efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in rental industry or heavy equipment.
  • Strong familiarity with parts for AWPs and Generators.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Education in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
