Join Quality Equipment Rental LLC as a Storekeeper!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Storekeeper to manage our spare parts and inventory operations for a fleet of over 300 Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (AWP/Spider Lifts) and Power Generators. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our technical team has the parts they need to minimize equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of stock levels within the ERP system; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is advantageous.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
  • Organize the warehouse layout for efficient retrieval of high-turnover parts.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requisitions as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of critical spare parts.
  • Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Manage the 'Parts Issue' process ensuring items are correctly allocated.
  • Assist technicians in identifying parts using manufacturer manuals.
  • Track 'Service Kits' for preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain organized records of various documentation.
  • Ensure warehouse meets safety and environmental standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in rental industry or heavy equipment.
  • Strong familiarity with parts for AWPs and Generators.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Education in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
