As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring stock accuracy. Your role will encompass supervising all activities in the store and keeping track of material movements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock and prepare the store for incoming stock.
  • Oversee loaders and coordinate with logistics for dispatches.
  • Ensure hygiene during loading and maintain truck conditions.
  • Inspect received goods for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions or practices.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Warehouse management skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Relevant industry experience is an advantage.

We are seeking a qualified Storekeeper to manage inventory, ensure accurate stock control, and support efficient warehouse operations through proper storage, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments to support smooth operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma or relevant certification in logistics/supply chain preferred.
  • Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations (*, 2–5 years).
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
