About the Role

Fendi is seeking a Store Manager to lead its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and involves acting as a FENDI Ambassador, promoting the brand's DNA while ensuring exceptional performance and client engagement.

Role Purpose

The Store Manager is responsible for embodying the FENDI brand, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators. This role involves fostering strong client relationships by highlighting FENDI's history, craftsmanship, material quality, and creativity. A core aspect is to consistently coach and motivate the team, ensuring all operational standards align with FENDI's vision of excellence and luxury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and achieve store performance targets and relevant KPIs.
  • Actively assist in the selling process and demonstrate sales leadership for staff.
  • Analyze business performance, then propose and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across all product categories.
  • Set performance targets for the team and individuals, aligned with relevant KPIs.
  • Maintain awareness of the local trading environment, including competitors' activities and their impact on sales.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Manage and supervise the team in the correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures.
  • Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations.
  • Collaborate with the HR Department to recruit qualified applicants who meet store needs.
  • Identify individual and team training needs to develop talents and communicate these requirements to the HR Department.

Operational Excellence and Client Engagement

  • Manage customer service quality to meet client expectations by offering excellent standards.
  • Develop loyal FENDI clients and implement appropriate CRM tools and clienteling actions, including in-store events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen and build relationships with VIP clients.
  • Improve Mystery Shopper Results through targeted action plans.
  • Ensure FENDI’s standards are applied and maintained across customer service, internal control, visual merchandising (VM), and back-office activities (stocks, administration).
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management, adhering to company KPIs and policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in store management within the luxury retail sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Strong analytical skills for business performance evaluation and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and clienteling strategies.
