About the Role

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking an experienced Storekeeper to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock control, proper material handling, and timely coordination with operational teams. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documentation, verifying quantity, quality, condition, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock transactions within the ERP/inventory management system.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, excess stock, and replenishment requirements.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventory audits, investigating and reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are properly stored, identified, labeled, and easily traceable within an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Apply FIFO and other appropriate inventory-control practices, protecting materials against damage, loss, misuse, and deterioration.
• Identify and report damaged, obsolete, slow-moving, or non-moving inventory.
• Issue materials only against properly approved material requests, accurately recording all receipts, issues, returns, and stock transfers.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, and Project teams regarding material requirements and availability to support timely material provision.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, receiving documents, delivery notes, and material issue vouchers.
• Prepare inventory, stock movement, consumption, and discrepancy reports as required.
• Ensure all warehouse documentation is properly maintained and available for audit purposes.

Compliance and Safety

• Adhere to company warehouse procedures, inventory-control standards, and HSE requirements.
• Maintain proper controls over material receiving, storage, and issuance processes.
• Support internal and external inventory audits, ensuring all required documentation is readily available.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse management role.
• Demonstrated experience with inventory management systems (ERP/inventory management software).
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices, including FIFO.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports.
