Strategy Manager

About the Role

HireAlpha is seeking a Strategy Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves coordinating strategic and transformation programs within Retail Banking, developing performance metrics, and analyzing business performance. The Strategy Manager will act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Strategy & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the Retail Banking strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Coordinate multiple strategic and transformation programs, tracking delivery, milestones, risks, and financials.
• Build Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, Management Information (MI), and executive-level reports for senior management.
• Analyze Retail Banking financial and business performance and recommend improvement actions.
• Design and manage sales incentive plans and payout tracking tools.
• Lead or support projects focused on cost optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Represent Strategy & Transformation in management committees and senior stakeholder forums.
• Deputize for the Head of Strategy & Transformation as required.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Retail Banking sector. The role involves working closely with senior management and various stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
