About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Supervisor CCTV - Facility to oversee the daily operations of CCTV monitoring activities and ensure the proper functioning of surveillance and fire safety monitoring systems. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is crucial for maintaining security, safety, and effective incident response within the facility.

Core Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to ensure continuous surveillance and the effective operation of all monitoring systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily CCTV monitoring to ensure comprehensive coverage of assigned areas.
• Verifying the proper functioning of cameras, recording systems, and monitoring equipment.
• Monitoring system alerts, investigating unusual activities according to security procedures, and coordinating with technical teams for issue resolution.
• Ensuring smooth control room operations, proper execution of monitoring procedures, and accurate logging of incidents and system activities.
• Monitoring fire alarm and life safety system alerts, following approved emergency procedures, and coordinating with response teams and emergency services as needed.
• Reporting equipment faults, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring routine system testing and performance checks are conducted.
• Ensuring surveillance activities comply with security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of information, and preparing incident reports.

Team Leadership and Management

This role involves direct supervision of CCTV operators and requires effective team management to ensure operational targets are met.

• Supervising CCTV operators during shifts, assigning duties, and ensuring adequate coverage.
• Preparing and managing shift schedules to guarantee continuous control room coverage.
• Providing guidance and feedback to team members to maintain professional performance and adherence to procedures.
• Supporting recruitment activities by participating in interviews and providing candidate selection input.
• Delegating tasks effectively and ensuring fair distribution to maintain team morale and motivation.

Operational Excellence and Compliance

The position requires a focus on operational efficiency, quality, and adherence to established protocols.

• Performing planned activities to meet operational and development targets within efficient cost and time parameters.
