About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor-Human Resources for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves supporting the Human Resources department in various employee relations and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

The Supervisor-Human Resources will assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, ensuring their resolution and follow-up. This includes supporting management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources matters. The role also requires monitoring hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards. Informing Human Resources management of employee relations issues and responding to employee and management inquiries regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines are also key duties.

Employee Support and Information Dissemination

A significant aspect of this role involves disseminating information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs. The Supervisor-Human Resources will also be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, such as interview documents and I-9 forms. Additionally, assistance with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys is required.

Operational Support and Administration

The position requires assisting management in various employee lifecycle processes including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. This role also involves answering phone calls and recording messages accurately. Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information is essential, alongside developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and supporting team goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ability to enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems is necessary. Adherence to all company and safety and security policies and procedures is mandatory, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Employees are expected to speak with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. The role may involve performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Physical requirements include the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
