About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor-Human Resources for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves supporting the Human Resources department in various employee relations and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up.
  • Support management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources matters.
  • Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards.
  • Inform Human Resources management of any issues related to employee relations.
  • Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminate information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Review and ensure the accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
  • Assist with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and record messages accurately.

Additional Duties

  • Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Adhere to all company and safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Enter and retrieve work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • Perform tasks involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Undertake other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or *** equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is necessary.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
