About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the monitoring and tracking of employee relations issues, ensuring their resolution and follow-up.
  • Supporting management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources matters.
  • Monitoring all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards.
  • Informing Human Resources management of any issues related to employee relations.
  • Responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminating information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
  • Assisting with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Answering phone calls and recording messages.

Additional Duties

In addition to the core responsibilities, the Human Resources Supervisor will also:

  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Adhere to all company and safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. A foundational understanding of HR principles and practices is beneficial.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves standard office duties, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
