Position Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic and well-connected Supply Manager to lead vehicle sourcing and ensure a consistent, high-quality inventory flow into our dealership. This role is responsible for building supplier relationships, managing fleet acquisitions, and securing competitive vehicle supply that supports sales targets.

Mission:
Your mission is to secure reliable vehicle supply at the right price, quality, and timing to maintain healthy inventory levels and support showroom sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, fleet owners, rental companies, and auction platforms.
  • Source vehicles that match our pricing strategy and demand trends.
  • Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, and bulk deals.
  • Manage vehicle intake pipeline from agreement to showroom readiness.
  • Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure vehicle quality standards.
  • Track supply performance, margins, and inventory health metrics.
  • Identify new sourcing channels and partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales and operations to align supply with demand forecasts.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in automotive sourcing, fleet management, or dealership supply roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and market awareness of used-car pricing.
  • Established relationships within the automotive ecosystem (dealers, rental companies, auctions).
  • Ability to evaluate vehicle condition, pricing, and resale potential.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and tracking skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
