We are currently seeking a Technical Designer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position open to Saudi Nationals with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Technical Designer is a key role within SARA Group, providing essential technical expertise across sales, operations, and customer experience. This position serves as the technical backbone of the coordination team, collaborating closely with sales teams, suppliers, warehouse personnel, and clients. The primary objective is to deliver accurate technical solutions, ensure seamless order execution, and provide comprehensive customer support, thereby contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and product guidance to sales and coordination teams.
  • Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements and project specifications.
  • Support client meetings and site visits by offering technical clarification as needed.
  • Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain pricing, product availability, and technical information.
  • Review and update quotations in response to project changes and customer requirements.
  • Handle product-related inquiries and provide timely after-sales support to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
  • Conduct product training sessions to enhance product knowledge across the business.
  • Share technical updates, product enhancements, and best practices with relevant teams.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX for inventory checks, order processing, tracking, fulfillment, and product transactions.
  • Maintain accurate system records and ensure proper documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, enhanced customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile and Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience and demonstrate a strong aptitude for technical understanding and problem-solving. Key attributes include:

System Proficiency

Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics AX is required for managing various aspects of the order lifecycle, including inventory, processing, tracking, and transactions.
