Technical Lead

About the Role

HCLTech is seeking a Technical Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing technology within projects and providing essential technical guidance and solutions to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and solutions, defining, advocating, and implementing best practices and coding standards for the team.
• Develop and guide team members to enhance their technical capabilities and increase productivity.
• Ensure process compliance within the assigned module.
• Participate in technical discussions and reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies, covering technical alternatives, optimal packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, component breakdown, and estimations.
• Prepare and submit status reports to minimize project exposure and risks, and to facilitate the closure of escalations.
