About the Technical Sales Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Technical Sales professional to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on connecting business requirements with effective technical solutions. The role involves identifying new business prospects, engaging with potential clients, presenting company services, and fostering strong client relationships. Success in this role requires a blend of technical acumen, consultative selling expertise, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to thoroughly understand their business challenges and technical needs.
  • Deliver professional presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored solution proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Translate client requirements into effective service offerings and business solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and necessary sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation through to contract finalization.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Track all sales activities and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
  • Represent CareerFirst Company at relevant industry events, conferences, and business meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales, business development, consultative selling, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing proposals and conducting client presentations.
  • Proficiency in building relationships, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience selling technology services, digital solutions, consulting services, SaaS products, or enterprise solutions.
  • An established network of business contacts and decision-makers.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong commercial outlook and a customer-centric approach.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
