About the Role:
You will be responsible for assisting developers from our technology partners to create and support their applications in real-world environments. You will work with leading organizations in various industries, including healthcare, finance, and telecommunications.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide immediate response to customer inquiries following service standards.
  • Offer technical support for custom development, interfaces, reports, and more.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
  • Develop and prepare training materials for technical courses.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by addressing suggestions for product improvements.
  • Participate in on-call support services to ensure continuous availability.

Qualifications:
  • Preferably experience with hospitals’ business workflows.
  • Strong knowledge in InterSystems Object Script and SQL.
  • Experience with web-oriented languages such as HTML and JavaScript.
  • Ability to design and write technical documents and analysis reports.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
