About the Role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Territory Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This specific role is part of the Surgery team, dedicated to providing advanced surgical technologies and solutions to healthcare professionals for conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit targets for the assigned territory.
• Dedicate approximately 75% of working time to field activities, including direct customer engagement and product promotion.
• Collaborate with internal company team members to ensure effective implementation of field operations for customer benefit.
• Organize and conduct professional meetings with targeted healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Engage in outdoor field sales activities, including cold calling using the AIDINC methodology, to introduce and sell the product range to potential corporate clients.
• Generate new leads, manage customer inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve business objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent engagement and coordination.
• Provide prompt and accurate product information, ensuring stock availability and optimal product consumption.
• Deliver relevant product information to customers, including conducting in-services, providing case support, and negotiating patient cases with physicians.
• Service and maintain an existing customer base while actively working to increase and develop new customer bases and business avenues.
• Organize all necessary documentation to ensure client demands are fulfilled efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• University/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• A scientific or medical background is preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated technical skills and product knowledge in the relevant medical field.
• Proficiency in presentation skills to effectively communicate product value.
• Proven ability to achieve objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Strong sales acumen, including lead generation, account management, and solutions selling.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in market knowledge, market research, and understanding healthcare trends.
• Organizing and process-oriented mindset to manage territory effectively.
• Collaboration and cultural competence to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in sales support and sales training.
• Accountability and a commitment to sustainable procurement and vendor selection processes.
• A successful track record within the organization is advantageous.
