The Role: Transition & Interface Management Lead

Majestic International Company is seeking a Transition & Interface Management Lead to oversee and manage the seamless delivery of projects and transitions between various teams and stakeholders. This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh is critical for coordinating and integrating project activities, facilitating communication and training, tracking progress, and proactively addressing challenges. The role ensures a smooth transition into operations by coordinating mobilization activities, stakeholder interfaces, readiness gates, and dependency management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive transition plans and readiness frameworks.
• Maintain interface matrices, dependency registers, and mobilization trackers.
• Coordinate stakeholder workshops and decision-making forums.
• Track operational, access, security, data, and provider readiness requirements.
• Support governance reporting and transition closeout activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience managing operational transitions, mobilizations, or complex stakeholder environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
