About the Role:
As a Treasury Associate, you will be pivotal in managing day-to-day treasury operations that support our financial health. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing bank accounts, online banking, and annual KYC reviews.
• Assisting in new debt issuance while overseeing existing debt management.
• Tracking intercompany funding and managing bank guarantees.
• Monitoring and reporting on financial covenants.
• Collaborating with the accounting and internal audit teams to ensure accuracy.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of treasury management solutions.
• Optimizing working capital and enhancing cash flow forecasting.

What You Need:
The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-4 years of relevant experience; experience in Big4 firms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving in financial management.

About the Role
The UNDP is seeking a reliable and professional Driver who will provide safe and efficient driving services to UNDP RR/ UN RC and other high-ranking officials. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of discretion and integrity, as well as excellent knowledge of protocol and security issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reliable and secure driving services using the office vehicle for the Country Office, staff, experts, and UN officials.
• Ensure cost-saving through proper use and maintenance of the assigned office vehicle.
• Maintain all required documents and necessary spare parts in the vehicle.
• Take immediate actions required by rules and regulations in case of accidents.

Required Competencies

• Vehicle management
• Registry & correspondence management
• Clear and effective communication
• Understanding of UN ethics and integrity policies
• Customer satisfaction and client management skills

Qualifications
Secondary Education with two years of driving experience is required. The candidate must demonstrate a client-oriented approach and the ability to work with diverse groups in a multicultural environment.
