About the Turkish Interpreter Role

One World Global Services is seeking a Turkish Interpreter to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The compensation structure is offered on a per-minute or fixed rate basis.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Answering calls professionally and adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.
• Maintaining awareness of specific industry vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.
• Participating in internal professional training sessions.
• Communicating effectively with and reporting to your team leader.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following:

• A proficiency level of 90% in English.
• Bilingual or native-level proficiency in English and the target language (Turkish).
• A steady, wired internet connection.
• A USB wired headset.
• A computer running Windows 10 or macOS.
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance for diverse cultures.
• Strong communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.

Desirable Experience

While not strictly required, candidates with over one year of interpreting experience will be considered favorably.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a fully remote, full-time position with a clear schedule. Successful candidates will have immediate availability to start after onboarding. Payments are processed monthly, with compensation offered on a per-minute or fixed rate basis. Internal training is provided.
